How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by email. Send an email to official.acty@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
  2. Wait for return instructions. We will get back to you with information on how to proceed with your return.
  3. Prepare your return. Pack the item securely and follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Please contact us by email within this period to let us know that you wish to return your order.

Return Shipping Fee

A return shipping fee of 99 SEK applies. This fee will be deducted from your refund when your return has been processed.

Return Shipping and Receipt

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been received and your refund has been processed. This is important in case anything happens during shipping or the package is delayed or lost.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in good condition. You may inspect an item to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If an item has been handled more than necessary, a deduction for any loss in value may apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the applicable return shipping fee and any other lawful deductions.
