Terms of service

1. General

These terms apply when you shop at acty.shop. The seller is ACTY (org. no. 020830-4709), Kantarellstigen 27, 144 40 Rönninge, Sweden, official.acty@gmail.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Orders and contract

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract becomes binding once we have sent the order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing or typographical errors, sold-out items or suspected fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Visitors outside Sweden may see prices converted into their local currency. The final price is shown at checkout. Payment is made using the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over 1,200 SEK within Sweden and over 1,500 SEK (or the equivalent in your currency) to other countries. The risk for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, have received them.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Please contact us by email before sending anything back. A return shipping fee of 99 SEK is deducted from your refund. More information can be found in our return policy.

6. Complaints

If an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you have the right to make a complaint under Swedish consumer law. Contact us as soon as possible at official.acty@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

7. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website, such as text, images and logos, belongs to ACTY or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or carrier disruptions. This does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order apply to that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se, or a general court.
